I wanted to create an alert whenever the Last Logged In field is updated by the Freshservice Agent. I noticed that this appears to not be possible right now*. Any ideas on how this can be worked around or maybe even resolved? Anything in the works to make more fields available to the workflow automator in the future? Any other limitations involving the workflow automator and their ability to access certain fields?

Apologies! I completely missed the fact that you can filter the asset type. Once I do this, you can see those fields! Really sorry!
