Automatically Set change request as closed once a service request is closed

I understand your use case, but unfortunately, it's not possible to automatically close a Change Request without going through the full Change Life Cycle. However, if the Change status allows for direct closure (i.e., you can see the option to set it to 'Close'), you can achieve this using the Workflow Automator. You’ll need to set up a web request node in the workflow to help automate the process.
