Is there anyway to automate CAB meetings? We have a weekly CAB meeting and what I want to do is:

Hope you are well,
I understand that there is no direct way to associate the Changes automatically before the meeting, But what I tend to do is have a weekly CAB meeting setup and have a scheduled Workflow Automator which updates a field for all the changes that matches a status which needs to be discussed.
So I can later just filter out in the Change List view using that dropdown field and I get all the Changes which needs to be discussed. Later I reset the fields such that it remains empty for the next CAB meeting and Workflow auto-updates it.
