I am pretty new to Freshservice, and automations in general. I am hoping someone here can help me to create what I thought would be a simple automation.
I have a group called Equipment; I would like to setup an automation to e-mail a specific email address if the ticket is not touched for 5 business days.
I have found how to check if the ticket is in the group, and only that group, I found how to have it email me and I can get it to format that email as I want, but for the life of me I haven’t discovered how to check if it has been 5 business days since the last interaction.
