Box Orchestration not Working - Upload Ticket Attachments

Has anyone found success getting the “Upload Ticket Attachments to Box” action to work?

Support doesn’t seem to have any idea and is providing a line of questioning that seems to indicate they don’t truly understand the issue. Box App is set up correctly, as I can lookup folder IDs and perform other actions. I just cannot use the Upload Ticket Attachments to Box action.
