Display SLA on Employee Portal

I’m looking for a way to display the SLA expected due date to the end user in their ticket view like the agents get.  I’ve looked around and in the agent view it is a liquid filter that can be added to emails, however, the liquid filter can’t be used in the CSS (I’ve tried and FS confirmed).  Pictures of what I’m wanting below.  Yellow in agent view is what I want on the requester view.

Hi @ITMike,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I am currently implementing the portal with a official provider → I’ll challenge him to see what he can propose for this topic.
If he has a nice solution I’ll share it with you.

See you

I spoke with a tecnical team from Freshworks, and thei said that this functionality isn’t available at the moment.

That’s unfortunate. I see this information as a minimum quality requirement. Waiting for updates.

In Freshservice, agents can see the SLA expected due date on their ticket view, but unfortunately, this same information isn't shown to end users on the employee portal. You can try to display this by using a Liquid filter, which works in agent emails but not in the requester view or CSS. It is confirmed that Liquid filters can't be used in this way on the portal. So currently, there’s no built-in way to show SLA due dates to requesters directly on their ticket view.
