Is there a character limit to Categories created for Incidents? Also, are there any symbols that shouldn’t be used?

 

Having issues with @Simonsays "status":"Open", "priority":"Low", “category”:”Emp/Aff Onboarding/Offboarding”, “subcategory”:”Onboarding”, “group”:”IAM Team" @Simonsays

We do not see any limits with categories. Also replicating this did not throw any error and worked fine. 

Could you please check if you have any mandatory fields that aren’t filled in the ticket and check if that works. If you still have issues kindly reach out to us on support@freshservice.com.
