Hey team,

 

I’m using Smartsheet to enhance our new hire onboardings and offboardings in the form of checklists.

 

Currently I have to export the sheet as an Excel file and then copy/paste the completed “To do” list within the Freshdesk note to display my completed items. 

 

I was wondering it was at all possible to embed the Smartsheet sheet into the notepad, perhaps as a potential canned response, so I can mark my completed items directly through the ticket instead. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks a bunch!
