When will I be able to provide reports in PDF form to our management team?

I'm unable to provide specific timelines or dates without more context about the project or situation you're referring to. If you provide more details, I'd be happy to offer advice or suggestions on how to go about generating PDF reports for your management team.

I'm excited to share my insights and answer your questions on this important topic.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Best,

Rishikesh L

P.S. If you can't make it to the live webinar, don't worry! It will be recorded and available for viewing afterwards. Just be sure to register so that you receive the link to the recording.

Hey Everyone!

The session will begin in 1 hour! 🔔

If you are facing any issues logging in, please drop a message here for assistance.

Also, if you aren’t able to attend the session but have any queries to be addressed, please drop them here :)

Hey there! It was great interacting with you’ll!

I have attached the documents that were referenced in the slides during the discussion.

The How-To Guide can be found here.

The Code has been attached with a .txt extension in the name “asset”. To change the extension to .ps1, please download the file, open it with a notepad, click on "Save As" and save it with a .ps1 extension in the filename.

In the provided PowerShell script, you will need to provide the following values:

- $domain: Replace "your_domain" with the actual Active Directory domain name where the computer resides.

- $credentialFile: Specify the file path where the encrypted credentials are stored in XML format. This file should contain the credentials required to connect to Active Directory.

- $apiKey: Replace "your_api_key" with your actual Freshservice API key.

- $domain: Replace "your_domain" with your Freshservice domain.

Also, note that the credentials for the code must be encrypted in an XML file.

Please check the insertcredentials file for the code, and the steps to execute that code which will insert the encrypted creds into the XML file. This file can be used by multiple PowerShell codes to fetch the credentials without compromising security.

The file with the name xml has to be saved with .xml format, and it’s path has to be referenced in insertcredentials command.

If there are any queries with setting this up, please drop them in the comments below!

Thanks!

@zachary.king Greetings! I hope I was able to address your concern with the security of credentials with this solution. Please do try this and let me know.

Also, regarding your queries :

1. The Add attachment option is available for Azure DevOps Orchestration. You would be able to use the App Action to add attachment to a work item.

2. Monday.com integration has already been raised as a feature request.
