Could you please clarify why the url string is being cut off in the description field? Is it possible to pass the entire URL to the description field without truncating?

Not sure what you mean? are you able to expand a little? are you talking about creating a ticket via a webhook?

Hi @Tlek -- the link you shared above is for V1 APIs which are being sunsetted this month.

Here is the link for V2 API to create ticket - maybe this will help?

Hi @BrynCYDEF

Thank you for the response.

The switching on to the new version of the API will take a time. Could you confirm that upgrading to api version 2 will fix the issue with URL truncating in the description field?

Hi @Tlek - I wish I could offer you that assurance! 😁 My understanding is that if you are using V1 of the API those products will stop working at the drop dead date….which used to be 30 Nov 2022 but I just noticed the banner on the top of my page has changed to May 2023.

So perhaps enough customers asked for more time to make the change and FW extended the deadline?

@rashmi.nag - Hi!  Has the V1 API sunset deadline been extended to May 2023?
