Freshservice has a feature that allows an agent to edit the service catalog item. Has anyone created a workflow where whenever the service catalog item fields are edited, a workflow kicks off? If so, how were you able to do that?

 

I would love to send out emails to let others know when the fields have been updated.

Is it the service item it self or update fields on a ticket?
