Dear Freshdesk Team,


Hope everything okay.
I have two problems that I would like it fixed if possible:



  1. An 'Execute Scenario' that will re-assign the ticket to the creator (which is our agent too)
  2. A timezone for my country Amman, Jordan. which is +2 GMT

Thanks for posting this on our community forums. Although the option to select Amman isn't available, you can still choose from many other options with the timezone as +2 GMT.






Also , for the scenario automation, you can set the action "Assign to agent -> Event performing agent ". This will ensure that the agent who performs the scenario on the ticket, will be assigned.
