Is there any idea when the roadmap item is done? i really need to compose a new e-mail to some clients.


Can i do it with a workaround until its availible.

Need this urgently. Subject, description and attachments should be sent as an email to customers.

The workaround I am using is via a dispatcher rule on New tickets created of certain types. But there is no placeholder for attachments and this is screwing up my attachments.
