Hi there, 

i want to create the following automation and im kinda stuck.

I want that everytime a ticket is unanswered for a certain period of time that a message gets pushed to slack channel. I got the Slack integration but i cant find a option in the automation. I already got the first part done (Tag creation) but im stuck at when tag gets updated send message to slack. 

Can anyone help?

I see that you have got few concerns related to Slack integration. With regard to your concerns, the new slack app,https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshdesk_for_slack/ does not support any automations, all the ticket updates will be pushed to the Slack.

We have only one setting on the Slack end to map the groups to Slack channels.

Adding Tag is not considered as an update. However, other updates will be pushed to the Slack channel.
