we have thousdands of tickets with open status in freshdesk and we tried to create some time trigger automation but it clean up only last 30 days tickets. I would like to resolve or close inactive tickets. how can do that with automation now and in future?

Hi, You can use https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshdesk/bulk_ticket_manager_light to update 25000 tickets in one time using this marketplace app. It is FREE and the ticket IDs can be imported via Excel to which update of status or any custom field can be done for the older list of tickets. For newer tickets that need to have status update, then use time trigger automation rule to update the Ticket in a regular interval check. Hope this helps.
