Trouble getting approval emails sent

Hi,  trying to get approvals set up for the first time.

 

I can:

 

Get it to send a plain email to my individual email address to test the condition in the Automator has been met (the fact it's Software1 being requested)


Get it to invoke the approval process in Fresh when selecting manager approvalI can't :Get an email sent to the reporting manager

 

I can not:


Get an email sent to the reporting manager

Ever get an email sent asking for approval, whether it's to a plain email address or the reporting manager

Hi @BigCarlD 

We by default have a workflow automator named Approval for Service Requests. Could you please check if that works? 

If not, first check if there is data in your approval email. Navigate to admin → email notifications → ticket approval and check the aproval email. It should look something like the below one. 

Secondly, use a workflow automator and send approval emails to the reporting manager.
