Email to the helpdesk to start User OnBoarding

I’m trying to automate our Onboarding process that our HR teams kick off via a Google Form.

With this in mind, is there a way that FreshService could start the OnBoarding process via an email rather than have the user in HR have to manually type in email address, name,etc or is this process still a manual process?

You can do it via API call, I asked the same question through the support channel this week:

Ah thanks, that’s interesting.

Don’t suppose you have any examples of real world scenarios that i could use / edit to fit our process do you? I’m not all that great with the API stuff.
