So I recently noticed the employee onboarding module on the admin page. Has anyone explored setting this up?

Mohammed, Thanks for the link. Can you clarify how the employee portion works. Does it provision an account for the external employe or does it operate an anonymous?

So, the employee form will be sent as an email to the mail address provided for the employee email address field in the HR form and there would be no account created for the employee's email address within Freshservice. The employee will be submitting the form using the link that's sent in the email.
