Testing the Onboarding process and wondering if anyone has come across this issue where the created ticket states the form details were not given.  See below:

Suggestions anyone?

Hi Kenyon,

In the “Create Tickets” section of the configuration of the Employee Onboarding module you can add the form fields in the parent ticket. If you hover over the parent ticket (the blue section, see screenshot), you can click on the pencil on the right side and add all the hire information fields here. Don't forget to click Save and raise a new ticket.
