Hi Everyone,

I’m new to Freshservice and I’m looking at the new employee onboarding. I think I have everything setup correctly, but when I test it the ticket that is created does not contain any of the form information or the requested service items that I added to the kit. 

I’m sure I’m overlooking something, but I just can’t seem to find where the disconnect is. 

I figured out that I had to configure the parent ticket under the “Create Tickets” section of the onboarding setup.
