Has anyone created an Automation to move an Onboarding request to a specific workspace?

Hello!
Are all of your tickets going into one specific workspace? Within the Admin » Employee Onboarding » Create Tickets section, you can specify the Workflow that you would like them to be assigned to.
If you are looking to assign to multiple different Workspaces, you can use the conditions to filter what determines the Workspace, then assign it to the Workspace:
