We have multiple laptop models that comprise our “Standard Build”. I was hoping to get some insight how others have tackled the issue of not being able to associate multiple device types to one Service Request Item.
Not being able to do so means that I cannot assign a “Standard Laptop” Service Request Item to my Onboarding Build Kits.
