Has anybody succeeded in implementing the Employee Onboarding module in a multi-tenant (MSP) configuration? We are a group with multiple companies across Europe, a configuration which is by no means unique. Our companies have various onboarding processes, and implemented in each country’s local language of course.

The Multi-Account MSP in Freshservice is setup in such a way that there is a Agent-Requester Portal for every company that it is assigned to.So , the Employee Onboarding feature for every such portal is unique and the process is independent of each other. Since, your companies are in different locations , we also have an option to set up languages individually to every portal.Can you please let us know what trouble’s are you facing in regards to the Employee Onboarding in these portals ? We shall raise a support ticket to get the issues resolved.

Hi, thank you for your reply. We actually have a single instance with multiple portals (one per country / language), as our subsidiaries have some mutualised services.
How can we make our onboarding work in this configuration?
