I have just created a idea to get an account for dashboards that you can have on monitors in the office.
Give it a vote if you also think it's a good idea not to buy a full user license just for that purpose.

+1+1 the idea. In general, we need more license options, one for Dashboards could be an option but I’m personally waiting for an API only license also.
On topic however, we’ve managed to create dashboards via Grafana, where data is pulled from an API call to view the tickets and then show them on a custom dashboard on the monitors.
It’s a workaround and it does cost some on the rate limit front, but scheduling 2 updates a minute isn’t too costly.
