wrong Time zone

Hello

Time zone is set to (GMT+1:00) Paris in our Freshservice instead of (GMT+2:00) Paris. Has someone encountered the same issue ? Fresh support told me that they have raised the point to product team,….

(Note that users profile is correctly set to (GMT +2:00) Paris)

but as far as I can see, that doesn't change anything. If the BHs are well informed, the SLAs work well.

Thanks for your reply. I confirm the BHs are well informed but it did not reflect correctly on the on-call calendar. I have a one hour difference. It’s why I have supposed it’s due to the change to summer time and the time zone not correctly set.
