Hello! We’re in the process of implementing the Assets module and would like to speak with teams who have already been using it for several years (especially if you’ve been using it to with the Discovery Probe). We’re focusing first on software assets. There seem to be a lot of different ways to configure Freshservice and track software assets. How do we use the below (including in combination with each other)?

  • Asset Types & Fields
  • Product Catalog
  • Software Fields
  • Contract Types
  • Inventory - All Assets
