Hello

We have a lot of Service Requests with custom fields.

How can we filter them when searching for tickets, views or create Analytics reports out of them?

In the Analytics you need first filter the service item and then you will get the fields.

Oh wow thank you. I have missed this somehow.
Its not perfect, but better than nothing.

Now they need to implement the custom fields also for the Group By function as I now need to add 30 different charts for 30 different Service Items with the same custom action names

Did this function get removed? I’m trying to do something similar, but even after filtering by the specific service item, I don’t get any option to select the custom fields inside of it. I’ve tried with several of our service requests and always get the same result.

Hi all,

Did ayone get adding up custom field values (the custom field is a numerical field) to work in Analytics?
We have a form that holds a value field that we want to be able to sum or add up and display per category for example.

@dasselbergs similar case was solved by my friend here. We managed to sum values in numeric fields.

After setting up like in the link, you can from Metric field pick the numeric field that you need to sum and change to sum instead of average.
