Is there any way to get the “Follow up” feature to follow up in the morning and not at the time that you created the follow up? 

Currently, I receive an email at 13:15 and want to follow up in 5 days time in the morning, but my follow up won’t show up until 13:15 on the 5th day… Can this be changed from my end?

It sounds like you'd like more control over the timing of follow-up emails, specifically having them sent in the morning rather than at the time of creation. Unfortunately, it seems like the feature is currently fixed to follow up at the exact time it was set. If the tool doesn’t offer an option to adjust the send time to a specific part of the day (like morning), it might be worth checking the settings or reaching out to support for possible workarounds. Hopefully, they’ll consider adding more flexibility in future updates!

We are using FreshDesk - I have used the “To Do” option as a test as the “scheduling” option is no longer showing… 

 

But yes more functionality with this option would be great

Native To-do options have an option to reminder. You can check out this, and if you would like to send the replies automatically at a specific time period, you can try this app
