How do I create a report that lists number of tickets by tags, among tickets with a specific tag

Hello! So basically we have a tag called “Feedback”, which is assigned to all tickets from customers from different feedback sources (website forms, newsletter replies, rating surveys), then each ticket is being assigned with other tags, according to the features the customers request.

So what we need is to create a report in Freshdesk Analytics that shows how many tickets have been assigned to each additional tag, among those tickets that have Feedback tag.

If I configure the report the way on the screenshot below, the report only shows the total number of tickets with the Feedback tag, not with each additional tag.

Any help is appreciated

Ok, it seems I’ve managed to configure what we need on the Filters tab of the widget. Here is the config, if someone faces the same difficulty:

Hey, thank you for the reply. I do not have Total Quantity in the list of Metrics in Tickets category as you, maybe it is available only for Workspace reports? We do not use workspaces.

Also, as far as I understand your parameters, the report will show all tags, for all tickets. And what we need is to show number of tikcets for each tag, for those tickets that have “Feedback” tag on them, consider it a a “main” or “category” tag. That is why I’m trying to limit the report with “contains” or “includes”, neither works. It shows only the total number of tickets that have Feedback tag, but not other tags on the same tickets.
