Does anyone know of a workaround to be able to have Ticket Lists populate on their Dashboards? I was told that the Ticket list view and the Ticket dashboard are not compatible as widgets.

We want to build these dashboards to have the higher level metric groupings but also be able to drill into the specifics from one screen (basic mock up below).

Thanks in advance!

Hi @smullett,

Greetings from Freshworks community. In Freshdesk , you can setup a custom view by setting up filters from the list view and use the custom view to build custom Dashboard. To create custom dashboard please use https://support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/234371-team-dashboards-setup-and-functionality

You can navigate to Dashboard > New team Dashboard > when you add a widget you can use the recenlty saved custom list view to populate the data

I hope this helps, Happy Freshdesking!

@Yusuf Ahmed I believe this request is to be able to actually view the tickets themselves, not summarized data about the tickets. This type of feature would be incredibly beneficial to managers that oversee multiple ticket queues. It would also be useful to be able to view lists problems, changes, projects, sprints, and the like from the dashboard.

As it stands, the Dashboard view does not offer much value beyond some superficial numbers when you still have to click between all the different pages and views to get to the actual meat and potatoes.
