Allow Ability to Re-order Ticket Properties Input Fields : Freshservice

Just wondering if there is a way of reordering the input fields for ticket properties as some new fields that we have created which relate some higher up could be placed next to them rather than all the way as the bottom

Hi.

Yes, you can indeed reorder the custom fields in the ticket view.

However, standard fields (Priority, Impact, Status, etc.) will always remain on top. This is by design.
