How to use Service Item custom field in approval mail (Email Notificaions)?

I have created a Service Item with custom fields. I need to have some of these custom fields presented in the approval mail. Is that possible and how?

Only option you have are this, All fields and All visible fields 

 

 

You can use API to send approval, there you can customize the mssage as you want but it comes with its own caveats.
