In my company we use freshdesk forms to receive pictures/attachments from our clients when we have product issues. The custome itself needs to select the product name and the issue name.

 

I would like to have a way to download all these pictures/attachments to my computer folder, but with a different name. I want the name to be the product name and issue name, or at least the ticket name.

The end goal is to have pictures/attachments organized per folders in my computer, where each folder has a product name and an issue type only. I can do this manually in a fast way if I have a way to download all attachments already with the ideal name.

 

Is there a way I can download all attachments from my tickets in group, and re-name them before downloading?

I know there are 2 tools, “freshwork manager” and “freshwork viewer” that I can use to download pictures inside each folder. But then I still need to enter inside each ticket, and then rename all the pictures myself.
