Greetings,

 

 How do we designate certain users in our company as VIPs?  I read a feature update about a VIP badge, but there were no instructions on how to apply the badge to a requester’s ticket.

Go into global settings

Requesters

Select the requestor you would like to change to VIP 

Choose Edit Requestor

Scroll almost to the bottom click the check box for Mark as VIP

If that is not a choice you will need to go into User Fields → Requestor fields tab and add it to the form.
