Hi, i am Frederic from Axiz. IT operations administrator. I manage most company applications, including Freshdesk and Freshservice. I currently support 340 agents, and manage the full lifecycle from deployment to service improvement. Im am a certified Admin of Freshdesk and Freshservice. I enjoy managing the applications and solving problems. I currently have 3 years experience on Freshworks products.

Hello my name is Busi Zulu located in Pongola KZN province. I'm a teacher as well as sn author with 4 published zulu books with a small business where I sell chicken and goats I also have an organization called Inhliziyo Yezwe (rainbow heart ) where I specializes in Youth development so I  could take them off streets. I empower them in dancing, cooking, baking, decorating and writing short stories, novels, drama and poetry. 

I'm a passionate person who believe in service delivery. I'm workerholic.  I'm a go getter. Please  allow me to join this goup so I could grab something to sustain my business and to grow up in business as we are facing the challenge of loadsheding in this country hence we are from Covid 19 as well as looting.
