Hi, is there a way to completely control what related articles will show under/next to an article on the knowledge base?
I want to have the ability to have complete control over this - and each article should have different “Related articles”

Currently, Freshdesk does not offer a feature to completely control which related articles appear for each knowledge base article. Related articles are typically determined by Freshdesk's algorithm based on relevance, which uses factors such as keywords and context. However, you can adjust article tags and content to influence the algorithm's suggestions. For complete manual control over related articles, you would need to raise this as a feature request with the Freshdesk team or explore creating custom pages that manually display related articles outside of the default algorithmic recommendations.
