Like many on here we’re preparing to return to the office. Our customers have requested the ability to book tech support appointments and this functionality to be on the self-service portal.
Freshservice doesn’t offer this functionality so I wanted to see if anyone has had any success with 3rd party tools that integrate to the portal?

This is a great idea and though I have not used any third party tools to make this happen, I wonder if you could make it work with the Freshservice API, MS Power Automate, and MS Bookings to create an application for your use case.
Any news on this topic? We are looking to do the same.

@JD-SDM I have been thinking about this. And I wonder if by adding a custom date/time field into the service requests if you could allow users to choose a date and time then using workflow and maybe a webhook or orchestration application, have an API request sent to Outlook for example to create a Calendar Event for the Assigned Agent.
There also is the O365 Calendar app for freshservice, but that is agent driven I believe.
