Contacting the servicedesk

Our servicedesk is running off emails and phone calls. We also receive a lot of Non IT queries ( Actually it’s our highest category each month!) .We are working on a self service portal which will include solutions and guides which should help reduce the number of emails.


Just curious what other servicedesk teams are currently using as their support contact?
