I understand you are inquiring if Freshservice's Knowledge Base has the ability to search within linked PDF files (via ``) or attached PDF files. Currently, Freshservice's Knowledge Base does not have the capability to search within the content of linked or attached PDF files. While articles in the Knowledge Base are indexed and searchable, any PDF files linked or attached to these articles are not parsed for their content.

If this is a feature you'd like to see implemented, I’d be happy to pass along your feedback to our product team. Please let me know if you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else.

Hey Mike, would love that feature too. Right now it doesn’t search PDFs. If you need better doc search, check out eesel.ai.
