Is it possible to have the classic portal come up as default with the bot in the lower corner as it is here. What would the parameters be to make that happen? My users are all over the place technically and having them switch between the classic portal and the bot just would not work.

Thanks for the suggestion, there were other customers who had requested for this and we have changed the behaviour right now.
When you choose to have both Conversational & Classic Portal, you have the option to choose the default portal for your requesters as shown in the screenshot.
You can change this from Admin -> Support Channels -> ChatBot and leaving the checkbox unchecked makes the Classic Portal as default.
