Layout Pages for Changes in FreshService not available

Will it be possible in the future to change portalpages within Fresh for other pages than:

  • General pages
    • Portal home
    • New user signup
  • Search
    • Search layout
    • Search results
  • Solutions
    • Solutions home
    • Article list
    • Article view
    • Solutions category home
  • Tickets
    • New ticket
    • Ticket list
    • Ticket details
  • Announcements
    • Home
    • View
  • Approvals
    • Pending Approvals

Or is it possible to edit this list and am i missing something?

    Hi @HVH, This is a great catch! We should also add in Employee Onboarding, since once that is enabled it is also a tab and a set of pages that don’t seem to be available for customization.
