The first name of one of our requester accounts has changed without anyone manually changing it. The requester has submitted a ticket through the portal today for the first time in quite a while.

Two days ago, the request account listed the person’s correct first name, and now it’s the first part of their email address. The email address has not been changed. Any ideas how this could happen?

I’d suggest to submit a support ticket for this; they should be able to retrieve backend logs and let you know what/who/when was that change made being the case it was as close as two days ago.
