Hello...I like the option to create a Ticket on behalf of the sender when I forward the email to my support account.  However, I do not want to get the CC of that email send to me since it is redundant and then follows the ticket thread. Is there a way to NOT CC emails to me that I forward to my support email used to create tickets?

Agreed that it is redundant for the agent who forwards a ticket to then be added as CC. Unfortunately, it looks like no one at Freshdesk replied to this question 2 years ago so it’s not likely to be fixed. Sigh.
