First time poster - I tried searching for this first, but no luck.

 

We want to generate a Daily Summary Email of all Open Tickets, rather than email every argent every time a ticket is created?  I tried setting up a Time Based rule, but that’s still a ‘per ticket’ email and not a summary of multiple tickets?

 

Hope this is an easy ask for someone in the community.

I’m not sure exactly what you are looking for but this sounds like something that could be done using Analytics, depending on what type of summary you are looking for. 

 

We have a daily scheduled report in Analytics to show the number of unresolved tickets for each agent, open tickets per group, oldest open ticket age etc.
