Is there a way for clients to save their filters

So the question is basically the title. Our clients complain they always have to enter their filters again when checking the platform. Is there a way they can save their own filters (like agents can do?) or is there any plan for Freshdesk to save filters in a cookie so clients always land on the portal with their previously selected filters?

I understand your request to save the filters on the customer portal, similar to the agents portal. At present, this feature is not supported on Freshdesk.
