I am worked in Portal customization. i saved the page and publish . but go to the customer portal is not working. Always The customer portal shows default current theme.

Greetings from the Freshworks community!
Once the customizations are saved, and you confirm that the codes are effective, you can use the “preview” option here to preview the settings you have configured for the Customer portal. Publish the codes to reflect the customization changes in the customer portal
