I’m not finding a way to do this, so wanted to pose the question here.
We have multiple Tasks with Sub-Tasks, but it seems when the Sub-Task is ‘closed’ it removes from the Parent Task - I would think the Closed Sub-Tasks would still show in the list, just as ‘Closed’ - is there a way to NOT have closed sub-tasks disappear/remove from the Parent Task?

Currently, in Freshservice, when a sub-task is closed, it disappears from the parent task's list. This is expected behavior within the platform and cannot be changed directly, to keep the closed sub-tasks visible in the parent task list. The system does not support the ability to display closed sub-tasks under parent tasks as "Closed".
As a workaround, you can consider using task descriptions or workflows to highlight the status of sub-tasks, though this doesn't change the default visibility behavior. Also we can submit a feature request to address this functionality based on your requirements.
