Get attachment (PDF e.g) from a SR ticket and Create INC ticket from that SR ticket including the attachment

    @Douglas.segerpalm Currently, this is not feasible to parse the attachment and create an INC from the SR ticket. However, you can create an INC and then use APIs to add a note/description to the created INC with details from the SR ticket.

    Olá, na documentação tem um módulo em relação ao download de anexos. Você pode instala-las por meio dessa API localmente na sua máquina ou em um servidor AWS e colocar novas requisições no fluxo para buscar essa documentação e incluir no novo ticket.
