Report on the Forum section

Greetings from Freshdesk community!

Currently, the analytics module does not cover data from the forum modules and the sources in dashboard are tickets, calls and chats only.

That being said, this has already been raised as a feature request and our developers have taken this up. The feature release is a part of the road map, but we do not have any tentative ETA yet. We’ll share the details once there is some considerable progress :)
 

I've a question about analytics:
there are possibilities to build analytics on tickets and on the knowledge base, but is it also possible to build a one on the forums ?

Hi there, is there any ETA, when reports on forums will be possible and/or if there will also be kinds of dashboard information available showing the use of forums?
