Does the Freshdesk “email” editor have a format painter button like Outlook’s excellent email editor? I couldn’t find such a button in Freshdesk. See screenshot below. We need this functionality. It is a time saver.

Currently in Freshdesk we do not have such option as Format painter. However we have notified our Product team on the same. They will look into the feasibility of this feature and might roll out in the future road map of the product. We appreciate your patience.
